These terms govern your use of the Pixel & Signal website and any purchases made through our stores or online. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Our price match guarantee applies to authorised Australian retailers only — online-only grey market imports are excluded.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and bank transfer. Online orders are processed within one business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping on orders over $100. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days Australia-wide. Express next-day delivery available to metro areas. We ship with Australia Post and Aramex.

Returns & Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's Australian warranty. Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days in original, unopened packaging. Faulty items are handled under the Australian Consumer Law.

Trade-In Programme

Trade-in values are estimates until the device is inspected. Final values may differ from the initial quote. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used in-store or online at Pixel & Signal.
