Pixel & Signal was founded in 2018 by a group of tech enthusiasts who were tired of the big-box retail experience. You know the one: walk in knowing exactly what you want, get steered toward whatever phone pays the highest commission that month.
We opened our first store on Bourke Street with a simple promise: honest advice, competitive prices, and after-sale support that doesn't disappear the moment you swipe your card.
Three stores and 50,000 phones later, that promise hasn't changed. We're still independently owned, still Melbourne-based, and still staffed by people who genuinely love the tech they sell.
Our trade-in programme has kept over 15,000 phones out of landfill since 2020. If we can't refurbish it, we recycle it responsibly through certified e-waste partners.
